18th Century Signage
13.03.2017Rainham Hall is an 18th Century house on the far eastern fringes of London. To complete their refurbishment they worked with Hobs to create signage for both inside and outside the building itself, and signage and display graphics for a new exhibition.
Radiant Vinyl Graphics for The Lighthouse
30.01.2017The Lighthouse, Scotland's Centre for Design and Architecture, is a visitor centre and exhibition space situated in the heart of Glasgow. Having worked together on exhibitions previously, Hobs suggested different display items that would give different lighting effects, to compliment wall vinyl graphics and printed display panels.
Innovation Centre needs an Innovative Tender
10.05.2016Balfour Beatty were creating a tender response for the National Automotive Innovation Centre (NAIC) project valued at approximately £68M. As the building was to be a centre for Design and Innovation, they asked Hobs to help them reflect this by creating a tender submission box which was both visually pleasing and which demonstrated innovation and forward thinking in its design.
Window Vinyls Convert Building into Giant Advent Calendar
10.05.2016True North wanted to transform their building into a giant advent calendar, using window vinyls to simulate the windows of an Advent calendar. This would show off their creativity as well as creating intrigue passers by. Each window in the building has 9 panes of glass, meaning that 434 printed vinyl panels were required to complete the project.
Floating signage proves a branding success
10.05.2016John Lewis brand new Customer Call Centre is based in Glasgow, and their team approached Hobs to help brand internal areas as part of the fit-out; several areas needed invigorating finishing touches to inspire both staff and visitors.
Bid box mirrors architects vision
10.05.2016Kier asked Hobs to create a submission box to reflect a projects planning statement. It needed to demonstrate they understood the Architects design and Regents Godiva's plans to transform this area of Coventry. Hobs' design reflected the intricate design elements of the building to align the bid submission to the client's plans.
Document Control for Renewable Energy Plant
29.10.2015During Eco2’s project financing process, huge quantities of information needs to be shared with potential funders. They wanted to find a way to facilitate and control this flow of information, to ensure people had what they needed, but without giving access to files that were not needed. Buzzsaw collaboration software was the answer.
