Hobs Birmingham Appoints New Customer Services Champion

Hobs has appointed  Samantha Restell as customer services representative in its Edgbaston office as part of the company's continued commitment to customer satisfaction.

Samantha joins the customer services function following 5 years working in Hobs' accounts and product sales departments where she has built up considerable knowledge of the reprographics industry and developed excellent relationships with Hobs clients in the Midlands.

Commenting on her appointment, Andrew Bullimore, Hobs Reprographics' Birmingahm manager, said: "Samantha was an ideal choice for this key post, which is pivotal in managing clients' day-to-day needs and ensuring they receive the right products and services and also our clients' industries and needs, she also has the can-do attitude and communications skills that make working with her a pleasure."

Supporting Andrew Bullimore, Samantha's main responsibilities will be to oversee every aspect of customer service from pre-sales quote to delivery and after care.

Samantha added: "I am really enjoying my role and the feedback we have had from the clients is fantastic. Over the past few years, many companies have sacrified the personal touch and ongoing relationships with clients and it is reassuring for our customers to know that we continue to regard this as such a high priority."
