Hobs acquires two new businesses in Scotland

Hobs has acquired Miller Reprographics Ltd of Glasgow and the reprographic services business of Miller Graphic Centres in Edinburgh from the Entwistle group. This will now bring the total number of Hobs' branches across the UK and Ireland up to 29.

Stephen Lacey, director of Hobs' Scottish operations is thrilled with the new additions to the Hobs group which he believes highlights the value and importance of Scotland as a thriving business hub. Stephen commented:

"These additional branches will strengthen our position, allow us to share resources to increase productivity, which in turn will deliver an overall improved service to all of our customers."

Kieran O'Brien, Group Chairman of Hobs Reprographics added; "This acquisition gives Hobs the opportunity of expanding our coverage of the Architectural, Consulting Engineering and Construction related businesses in Scotland."

The new branches are already up and running and the original staff members are now all undergoing training on the very latest reprographic machines and technology that is being installed in the branches.
